Who is afraid of Gara Gombe? Whoever is scared of him is simple afraid of the truth.

They say he is controversial. They say he courts trouble. They say he is enemy of Nigerian sports. But far from it. He is the enemy of the real enemies of Nigerian sports.

The administrators dread him because he tells them the truth.....the whole truth and nothing but the truth. They keep him at arm's length. They don't want him near them for fear that he could expose their rots.

They are gathering against him. This gathering has been on over the years. They want to silence him but they couldn't. The more they try, the more they fail. They can't pull him to themselves because he won't tolerate their double standards and dubious acts.

The gathering to pocket Gara Gombe stems from his comments, statements, debates and arguments where he often drives the nail on the head. He speaks on how best sports should be run....how best athletes should be rewarded or treated...and how best sports administrators should be transparent to administer sports.

This attracts hatred to him because he has facts....and loads of it. He knows the sporting terrain. He knows the characters running sports and most of them attempting to drag sports aground.

The latest gathering could end like the previous ones. Those who had gathered against Gara Gombe previously got their fingers burnt. We await the outcome of this present move.
