Appeal Court Declares Donald Duke SDP Presidential Candidate

The Court of Appeal has declared former Cross River State Governor, Donald Duke as the Social Democratic Party, SDP’s Presidential candidate.

Duke was ejected as the SDP’s Presidential candidate after an Abuja High Court ruled on the 14th of December, 2018 that Prof. Jerry Gana was the winner of the party’s Presidential primaries held on October 16th, 2018.

Duke took the case to the appellate court, after calling for calm from his supporters and has been reinstated as the party’s Presidential candidate.
