SPURS vs MAN CITY
(EPL Form Will Decide This)
This fixture will be decided or determined by the forms of both teams in the English Premier League. Incidentally and interestungly, City enjoys a better and stronger form so far even in the UCL where they strolled pass Schalke 04 via a 10-2 aggregate scoreline. Though, the Citizens are just a point ahead of Liverpool in the domestic scene but they have held onto the top spot in the greater part of the season. Spurs will need more than a miracle to stop City who are already dreaming of a likely double.

LIVERPOOL vs FC PORTO
(The Reds Can't Afford To Slip Now)
Liverpool are in one of their best seasons in the last one decade. Second on the EPL log yet in the last eight of the UCL. Each time they remember that Real Madrid who defeated them to lift the trophy last year are already out, Liverpool get more inspired to have what seem like a better chance to win it this time.
With red hot Sadio Mane and towering central defender Virgil Van Dijk in form perhaps Mohammed Salah who has been having a topsy turvy season could spring up to shoot the Reds above the Portuguese and into the semis and final.

MAN UNITED vs FC BARCELONA
(Watch Out For Ole & Messi Factors)
Ole Gunnar Solskjear will be called to duty in this fixture. The players may up their game to rally round him to give him the moral boost that characterised his first 10 games since taken charge. The manager's factor played out in the fixtures against PSG and that victory still resonates to remind all of the glorious era of Manchester United...just as it could be the propelling tonic to edge out FC Barcelona.
Similarly, everyone saw mercurial Lionel Messi lead the demolition of Lyon and agreed that once the Argentine is hot, FC Barcelona will be on fire. Manchester United can only pray that the FC Barcelona inspirational and merciless skipper, Messi doesn't come to the party in both legs of this fixture otherwise, it could end up a dream for fans of the Theatre of Dreams.

AJAX vs JUVENTUS
(Hunger Tackles Ambition)
Juventus are desperately hungry to lift this trophy. They are much more convinced that it is a possibility especially now that Cristiano Ronaldo is in the team and scoring too to justify his huge money transfer.from Real Madrid. This hunger will drive the Old Lady to go for broke against this young but ambitious Ajax side.
Yes, Ajax are ambitious at least in this competition. This has been proven by their defeat of defending champions, Real Madrid. That victory is the boost the Dutch side will be relying or riding on to conquer another top side Juventus in this competition. Ajax have the advantage of youthfulness and that could count heavily in this fixture just as Juventus will bank on experience given the calibre of players they have.
