It Is Better To Be Evicted Than To Be Disqualified – Mercy

Winner of
the 2019 edition of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show, Mercy has
declared that it is better to be evicted from the show than to be disqualified.
She made the
submission during an interview with Mediaroomhub which also featured fellow
BBNaija reality star and lover, Ike.
In the
interview, both reality TV stars spoke on various issues ranging from topics on
their love life, family, background, and plans for the future before and after
the Big Brother show.
During the
interview, Mercy advised aspiring Big Brother Naija housemates to avoid getting
disqualified from the show.
She said
this in response to a question on what she has to say about the BB Naija show.
However,
some people on social media have tagged her response as a shade against fellow
BB Naija star, Tacha.
Naija News recalls Tacha
was disqualified from the show after a bust-up with Mercy during the show.
What do guys
have to say to Big Brother Naija? she was asked.
In response,
Mercy said; “Big Brother has changed me a lot, I can’t thank him enough.
Now I feel like I am old, I have to calculate, like 6 am I am awake taking
calls, replying emails. Big Brother has really done something great. I don’t
have regrets going to that house.”
“The people
out there trying to go to Big Brother Naija house, do not be disqualified, be
yourself. Fight and go home? No, the people who have been voting for you,
they’ve been spending their money on you, it feels like a let down; if you go
there next year, don’t get disqualified.”
“Big Brother
picked you to change you and be the best.”
