PFN Visits PASTOR LAZARUS MUOKA
The
executive members of the Pentecostal fellowship of Nigeria, Lagos state chapter
recently paid a courtesy visit to the general overseer of the lord’s chosen
charismatic renewal church, pastor Lazarus Muoka, at the church headquarters
located along the Oshodi – Apapa Expressway, ijesha lagos.
In his
address the Lagos state chairman Apostle Enyinnaya Okwuonu of PFN appreciated
our host, Pastor Lazarus Muoka for making out time to see them. While
appreciating the good gesture of pastor
Lazarus, he mentioned an occasion when he released 20 buses for our use during
a PFN crusade.
The Chairman made reference to the founding fathers like Rev Uma Okpai, Rev
Ezekiel etc and how they began the work of uniting all Pentecostals, he said we
are simply carrying on the good legacy.
He said the National president would be glad to hear about this visit and they
are hopeful that someday Pastor Mouka will play host to our National President.
Major
amongst the objectives for the visit includes:
1. PFN requests that TLCCRM Should
henceforth extend the right hand of fellowship to us as one in Christ.
2. Assign one of their top officer as TLCCRM
representative to the state EXCO.
3. Updates
on the PFN Secretariat complex. The State chairman gave a narrative of the
secretariat and how Pastor Kumuyi of DLBM paid N200million.Quoting Pastor
Kumuyi he said ‘’I am not just for Deeper life Christian ministries rather I am
for the whole body of Christ.
3.3 The
State Chairman then directed that the media team show the Lagos PFN video
documentary of the journey so far to our host. The clip contains important
details that chronicles the PFN Story. A major highpoint of the documentary is
the Miracle 200million naira received and the other 200 Million naira required
to remodel and renovate the secretariat complex.
3.4 The
Chairman disclosed at the meeting that the renovation work at the secretariat
has commenced with a 4-month project completion date and we are trusting God to
provide funding for the work until it is fully completed.
Speaking further,
the TLCCRM General Overseer said, “we need your support both financially and
other wise for the ongoing work, also we desire that you visit the project site
and pray over it even as we trust God that you will be there for the commissioning.”
He also
appreciated Pastor Lazarus Muoka and his team for their kind and warm
reception.
In his response,
Pastor Lazarus Muoka appreciated PFN and said he knows that it is God’s time, that’s
why the appointment to meet him finally became a reality. He also appreciated the state chairman and his team for their
Patience and the good work going on.
Concerning
financial Support, He says they will send their own commitment in due course.
In closing he said, ‘’My belief is that
by this visit, the relationship between us and PFN has been consummated and we
will cooperate with you.
Pastor Muoka
said soonest, they will also appoint somebody to represent the church at the state
EXCO.
At request
of Apostle Enyinnaya Okwuonu, the PFN state chairman, The Host said Special
prayers for PFN, Lagos State and Nigeria before the house rose for a photo
session as attached.
