Stade de France in Saint-Denis, Paris
The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has moved the 2022 Champions League finals from Russia.
The
decision was taken at Friday’s emergency meeting of European football’s
governing body.
The
Champions League final which was scheduled to take place at Gazprom Arena in St
Petersburg on May 28 will now play in Stade de France in Saint-Denis, Paris.
This
was based on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine on Thursday.
UEFA
confirmed this in a statement on Friday.
