Girls Arrested By Davido Can Sue Him – Police

The two girls who were arrested by Davido after they pranked that he impregnated one of them can sue the singer according to the Public Relations Officer of Lagos state police command, Bala Elkana.

Last week, a video went viral, where one of the two girls named Helen, claimed that Davido slept with her at the Eko Hotel and Suites and she got pregnant.

This infuriated the DMW boss, whose wife, Chioma, had just given birth at that time. Davido vowed to get the girls arrested and charged to court for defamation.

Another video surfaced this week where the girls are seen in handcuffs.

In the video which was posted by Davido’s hypeman, Special Spesh, the two ladies, Helen and Susan, are seen in handcuffs as they are queried before the camera.

However, the police have denied responsibility for the illegal arrest.

Elkana further criticized the singer and his crew for parading the girls in handcuffs and said that the girls can sue Davido for illegal arrest.

Elkana said private citizens have no right to parade suspects and only a court of competent jurisdiction can pronounce someone guilty of a crime.
